The Preach Pad stands behind Pulpit AI with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Pulpit AI orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Use the "Request a refund" option on your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
- You can also contact The Preach Pad via the support channel listed in the app and we will help coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or via the link in your Paddle receipt email — there's no fee to cancel. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; after that, your account drops to the Free plan and you keep all sermons in your library (advanced features become locked).
If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you didn't intend to use, contact us within a reasonable time — we will work with Paddle to refund the most recent charge.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (for example, withdrawal rights for consumers in the UK/EU). Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
